We worked with Linden Homes to create this exciting development of exclusive bespoke homes in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.The development is situated to the West of the town within the conservation area of the Duchy of Lancaster Estate and comprises of circa 30 new homes.

JRP worked closely with the developer, producing the designs for the site.  We included all interested parties throughout the plannng process ensuring the site evolved into a successful development.

We are working with the on site construction team to deliver the building phase of the development. Our team of Architects and Technicians proving their abilities in detailing designs that reflect the quality of the local architecture and producing a full set of high quality working drawings for each dwelling.
