JRP were appointed by Linden Homes to prepare a planning submission for a site of 14 bespoke dwellings on this site in Knaresborough.

 

In line with the recommendations of the Local Authority, the Arts and Crafts style has been the inspiration for this development. Elements such as low eaves, projecting gables, single storey elements to create visual interest; porches, sash windows and multiple panes in sashes are considered elements associated with this arts and crafts style and are taken forward into this development.
