PROJECT DETAILS

 

JRP were appointed by the landowner to deliver architectural and planning services. This development comprises of a number of phases of bespoke dwellings in Castleford, West Yorkshire. We have worked closley with the developer to deliver this project through it’s many stages. 

 

The site had the benefit of outline planning consent for up to 1337 dwellings commercial uses (A1 and A3) Public Open Space and leisure facilities. We have delivered the Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 working with the local authority to produce development proposals that maximise the potential of this canalside project.

 

We designed each housetype and produced a full set of planning and working drawings for each. We are also overseeing the construction stage, making site visits and working with on-site contractors to ensure a high quality build.

 

There are a number of dwellings already occupied and we anticipate that the development will continue to be successful throughout the next phases which are currently being considered by the LPA.
